As lead passenger on the booking it is your responsibility to ensure that all Advanced Passenger Information (API) that is supplied for you and your party is correct and passports are valid for travel at the time of completion of the API form. Should any information change between the time of completion of the API form and the date of travel it is the lead passengers responsibility to advise your travel agent.
As the Advanced Passenger Information provided will be transferred to the airline in order to issue your travel documentation it is essential that the passport information is correct on the API form. Any incorrect information or misspellings are not the responsibility of Your Holiday Booking and are the responsibility of the Lead Passenger on the booking.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you can forward high quality copies of your passports by email to email@example.com.
