From the 1st July 2020 all passengers to Spain, regardless of nationality and age, will have to complete the Spain Travel Health form, known as SpTH before arrival.

Before travelling you should complete the form which is available online, in English at: spth.gob.es. Mobile App versions can be downloaded here: Android or Apple.

SpTH is the Spain Travel Health program and part of the hygiene and health protocol being implemented at Spanish airports, applying to arrivals from other countries.

The form is mandatory, you should ensure that you have the QR code before you depart on your flight. You can start to complete the form at any time, just use the security code issued to log back into your application. The section that applies to your recent health and travel history will be available 2 days prior to your arrival in Spain. For arrivals from the 23rd November 2020 you will need to complete a section to confirm that you have a negative PCR test certificate taken within 72 hours of arrival time in Spain.

Once you have completed your Spain Travel Health Form, the QR code will be sent via email on a PDF document. If you have completed the information online via the desktop website this document should be printed to take with you. Or if via the mobile App version, this can be shown on your mobile device.

On arrival in Spain you must show the QR code corresponding to your trip as part of the health check by the Spanish authorities. This information will be used to assess your health status, as well as tracking if you come into close contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19.

If you have a problem during completion you can email spth@sanidad.gob.es with a screenshot of the error message. You should confirm in the email subject if you are using the web service or the mobile application.
