Villa Ianira is a beautiful contemporary Cretan holiday villa situated within a few minutes drive to the village of Kolymvari and 20 minutes drive from the region’s capital of Chaniá.
This exclusive villa is only 3 years old, it has been built in a vintage country style with state of the art infrastructure. Two of the four bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, the third is upstairs and the fourth downstairs. The bathrooms are adjoining the bedrooms, apart from the upstairs which is an en-suite.

The living space is a beautiful open area including kitchen, dining and lounge. There’s a well equipped gym and a well stocked wine cellar which works on an honesty system.
For alfresco dining, there is a wood burning oven and BBQ area. The infinity pool has panoramic views down to the coast. Villa Ianira has been designed with plenty of secluded and shaded terraces with comfortable seating.
Guests would require a car for this location. Kolymvari is 1.5km distance away on the coast with fabulous seafood restaurants and sandy pebble beach. The tourist resort of Platanias is 10 minutes drive.
For larger groups Villa Filira is situated on the plot next door, sleeping up to 6 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
