Seven Seas Explorer is renowned as the world’s most luxurious cruise ship. She was christened in 2016 by Princess Charlotte of Monaco and joined the Regency fleet.
What’s interesting about Regency’s cruise packages is that they are genuinely all inclusive. Unlike conventional cruises, where you often pay as much in extras as you did for the cruise, a Regency cruise includes:
- Unlimited shire excursions
- Wifi throughout the ship
- Unlimited drinks, including premium drinks
- Transfers between port and ship
Basically, once you’ve paid for your holiday, you don’t need to think about paying for anything else!
We’ve selected a fabulous cruise to experience Regency’s service and it’s one that can be that very special holiday you’ve always promised yourself.
You’ll depart Southampton on 12th June 2018 and spend 12 days visiting Bruges, Amsterdam, The Kiel Canal, Stockholm, Helsinki, St Petersburg, Tallinn, Kalipeda, Karlskrona and finally Copenhagen.
The cruise includes everything mentioned above and there are up to 58 excursions included as well. You could:
- Do a canal cruise in Amsterdam
- See the highlights of Stockholm
- Do a scenic cruise of Helsinki Harbour
- Visit the fabulous Fabergé museum in St Petersburg
- Tour Estonia’s Soviet past
And much more. And Seven Seas Explorer offers an incredible spa and fitness centre, several high class boutiques, exquisite fine dining, nightly entertainment and daily culinary activities.
Even the least expensive suites about ship are super luxurious. They are over 300 square feet – every single one has a verandah and they feature king size double beds, marble bathrooms, mini bar which will be refreshed daily with your preferred drinks, flat screen TV with a huge library of films and a welcome aboard bottle of champagne.
Prices for this cruise start at £8339.
Is it expensive?
It’s a good question, but here’s the thing. Take a conventional 12 night cruise, and you’ll end up paying extra for a drinks package (which even then won’t include premium drinks or good wines,) you’ll be charged a daily rate for staff gratuities, internet is scarily expensive and excursions range from £40 to £120 per person.
On a typical 12 night cruise, you’ll need to budget at least £1400 per person for the above, based on doing 6 excursions. And of course, you won’t be on the world’s most luxurious cruise ship!
